Refund Eligibility

  • Technical errors or system issues: We will refund purchases when platform failures prevent successful coloring page generation or cause duplicate charges.
  • Unused credits: If no credits are used and no content is generated within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a refund.
  • Verified exceptional cases: We can approve refunds for accidental duplicate payments or confirmed account issues once our support team validates the claim.

All approved refunds are processed within five business days.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, send an email to contact@aicoloringpages.org and include:

  1. Your order ID or payment receipt.
  2. A brief explanation of the issue, plus screenshots if available.

Our support team will acknowledge and respond within five business days.

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued when:

  • Coloring pages have already been generated or downloaded.
  • Requests are based on personal preference, prompt dissatisfaction, or stylistic differences.
  • The request is submitted more than seven days after the original payment.
  • The account is associated with abuse, fraud, or other suspicious activity.

Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method (for example, Creem or Stripe). The financial provider controls the final processing timeline, which typically ranges from five to ten business days.
